With patience and understanding, I’ll assist you in uncovering new strengths, perspectives and solutions. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and together we will set meaningful goals based on what you want to change or improve about yourself, your life, or your relationships. Together, we’ll start to clarify your goals so we can create a plan that feels supportive and meaningful for you.

I chose Meredith because her profile picture looked warm and inviting. She has incredible insight, strikes a balance between listening and providing spot-on feedback about patterns she observes in my thought processes. She works with me to identify tangible goals to improve my quality of life by breaking detrimental patterns in my thought processes and or actions. She assigns "homework" that helps me to stay focused on my goals between sessions. She also has a great sense of humor.
