I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas with over 10 years of Social Work experience. I am a certified Trauma Sensitive Yoga facilitator and would love to incorporate this modality into our sessions if you are interested. I also have experience as a Health and Wellbeing Coach and desire to help clients using holistic measures when possible. I believe in treating everyone with respect and compassion. As your therapist, I will tailor our dialog and treatment plant to meet your unique and specific needs with your input.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In the first session we will discuss what brings you to therapy and your experience with therapy in the past. We will also discuss your goals and expectations. If necessary, we can also begin discussing some childhood and family history as we know this is an important aspect to development and our patterns. By discussing this we can also achieve insight to current behaviors and problems.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Feedback I have often received is the ability to provide active listening and a welcoming environment to my clients. I approach each client with nonjudgemental thinking and an open mind.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I have experience working with PTSD, stress and anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family conflicts, motivation, self-esteem issues, confidence, and many other areas!
