My background includes completing my Bachelor of Science (B.S) Degree from Loyola University Chicago in 2008, and I finished my Masters of Arts (M.A) Degree in Clinical Psychology (Counseling Specialization) in 2011 from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I bring over 15 years of experience working as a mental health professional in different settings and with different populations. I have worked with adolescents, adults, and geriatric population over the years across a variety of treatment settings including inpatient mental health unit, addiction center, nursing facilities, memory care, inpatient behavioral hospital, community mental health center, managed care organization and working with insurance.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I try to offer my clients safe, non-judgmental space in which they can openly share and gain trust and confidence in the therapeutic process.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

My ideal clients are feeling stuck and looking to make positive changes in their lives. They are looking for a partner in their healing journey. They are looking to be heard, understood, and given practical solutions to overcome obstacles that are holding them back. They are looking for a therapist who does more than just listen and offer interpretations. They are looking to make tangible changes in their lives-working on issues of anxiety, depression, stress, relationship problems, grief, and substance abuse.
