Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in the Tennessee area. I received my Masters from Argosy University in Nashville Tennessee and have been practicing for over 10 years. My Specialty is Substance Abuse and I enjoy being in the Helping profession whereas I assist others in their struggles with everyday life and with becoming the best versions of themselves.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. We will be Exploring your needs in Therapy and building Rapport with each other as we work toward decreasing your symptoms to a better you.
Having worked with many clients over the years; I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress. I have Flexibility in scheduling and am compassionate to the needs of others at all times.
I love working with every population and ages from 6 years old to Senior adults. I enjoy working with clients that are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their choices in life. I enjoy working with Women and women issues.
