I chose the helping profession because I’ve always had a deep sensitivity to people’s emotions and a strong appreciation for how meaningful it is when someone feels truly understood. From early on, I found myself attuned to what people were feeling beneath the surface, and I’ve always valued creating space where those feelings can be acknowledged without judgment. I also understand how heavy it can feel to carry anxiety, stress, or life transitions alone, especially when it seems like there is nowhere to fully put it down. This perspective is what continues to guide my work and my presence with clients. My role is to offer a calm, supportive space where you can slow down and begin to make sense of what you are experiencing. I aim to help you feel less alone in what you are carrying, and more grounded as you sort through it. I believe that healing happens in a relationship, through steady and compassionate support over time. My goal is for you to feel gently supported as you move toward greater clarity, steadiness, and a more grounded sense of yourself.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our sessions, you can expect a space where you feel truly heard, respected, and not judged. We’ll move at a pace that feels safe for you, taking time to gently explore what’s been weighing on you while also making space for what feels most important in the moment. I aim to create an environment where you don’t have to filter yourself or hold things in, so we can better understand what you’re going through together. The focus is always on meeting you where you are and supporting you as things unfold. Some sessions may focus more on processing deeper or past experiences, while others may center on building practical tools for managing anxiety, intrusive thoughts, or emotional overwhelm. We’ll work collaboratively to find what actually helps you feel more grounded and steady in your day-to-day life. You can expect compassion, honesty, and a consistent sense of working together rather than something being “done to you.” The goal is for you to leave sessions feeling clearer, more supported, and more confident in how you move through your life outside the therapy room.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I bring warmth, empathy, intuition, and authenticity into my sessions, creating a space where clients feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood. I strive to build strong therapeutic relationships and believe that healing happens when clients feel seen without judgment. My approach stands out because I integrate deep compassion with practical, effective tools for change. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all model, I tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs, drawing from evidence-based approaches including attachment-focused therapy, EMDR, somatic therapy, CBT, and ERP. I help clients not only gain insight into their patterns, but also develop the emotional regulation, resilience, and self-trust needed to create lasting change. I am both supportive and gently direct, helping clients explore difficult emotions while also moving toward meaningful goals. My aim is to help clients feel empowered, more connected to themselves, and better able to navigate life’s challenges with confidence.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal clients are women who may appear strong and capable on the outside but feel overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or emotionally exhausted on the inside. They often struggle with anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-doubt, people-pleasing, or the lasting impact of difficult past experiences. Many are navigating major transitions such as motherhood, postpartum, perimenopause, menopause, or shifting family roles and may feel disconnected from themselves. They are often tired of carrying everything alone and are seeking a safe, supportive space to heal, gain insight, and create meaningful change. Together, we work toward greater emotional balance, self-trust, healthier boundaries, and a more fulfilling life.

My treatment methods

Attachment-based

In my work with clients, I use an attachment-based approach to help individuals understand how early relationships and life experiences shape the way they connect with themselves and others. Many struggles with anxiety, trauma, relationship conflict, people-pleasing, emotional dysregulation, or difficulty setting boundaries can be rooted in attachment wounds. I help clients identify patterns such as fear of abandonment, difficulty trusting others, over-functioning in relationships, or feeling emotionally disconnected. Together, we explore how these patterns developed and create new experiences of safety, connection, and emotional security. I believe healing happens within safe relationships. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental therapeutic space where clients feel seen, understood, and accepted. Through this relationship, clients can begin to develop greater self-awareness, self-compassion, healthier boundaries, and more secure ways of relating to others. I integrate attachment-focused work with evidence-based modalities including EMDR, somatic approaches, CBT, ERP, and trauma-informed interventions to support deeper healing and lasting change.

EMDR

I incorporate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy to help clients process distressing experiences and reduce the emotional intensity connected to painful memories, triggers, and negative beliefs. EMDR is a research-supported therapy that helps the brain reprocess unresolved experiences so they feel less overwhelming and no longer carry the same emotional charge. EMDR can be helpful for trauma, anxiety, panic, grief, postpartum experiences, relationship wounds, and longstanding beliefs such as “I’m not good enough,” “I’m not safe,” or “I have no control.” In my practice, I use EMDR in a thoughtful, paced, and trauma-informed way, helping clients build emotional safety and regulation before processing difficult experiences. My goal is to help clients move from feeling stuck in old patterns toward greater healing, resilience, and freedom in the present.

Somatic

I incorporate somatic therapy to help clients better understand and work with the ways stress, trauma, and emotional pain are held in the body. Often, difficult experiences are stored not only in thoughts and memories, but also in the nervous system through patterns of tension, numbness, overwhelm, or disconnection. Using a somatic approach, I help clients build awareness of physical sensations, nervous system responses, and body-based cues that may be contributing to anxiety, trauma symptoms, emotional reactivity, or feeling stuck. Together, we gently work toward greater regulation, safety, and connection between mind and body. By learning to listen to the body with curiosity rather than fear, clients can begin to release stored stress, increase resilience, and develop a deeper sense of grounding and self-trust.
