First visits are typically 30-45 minutes in length dependent upon your visit type A complete thorough assessment for the reason of your visit will take place. Once your assessment is complete, we would then discuss your diagnosis and treatment recommendations. Recommendations may include a combination of medication, therapy, and additional support. If you choose to take a medication your medication will be electronically provided to your pharmacy of choice along with follow-up recommendations.

I really appreciate how Dr. Monica takes a holistic approach to my care and doesn’t just throw meds at a problem. She had a hunch that my vitamin D levels were low and contributing to my symptoms and after supplementing, my energy levels went way up and I lost weight without even trying! I’ve never been able to do that before! She’s also just really fun to talk to!

What else can I say but wow! Excellent icebreaker questions, amazing gift of discernment, and extremely sensitive/supportive right when I needed it. Without actually discussing anything yet, it's almost as if she already knows me. I'm so glad that I was drawn to her and made the decision to take the leap into seeking help (PS am an admitted cynic of therapy - she might just make me a believer).
