Hello, I'm Patricia and I am a mental health therapist that whether you're struggling with depression, anxiety, anger, grief or self-confidence, it is important that you know you don't have to be alone in this journey. During the intake session, we will discuss your background history, goals for therapy, what has worked for you and what has not. We will work together to understand the root cause of your struggles and address those issues with long-lasting strategies, helping you get closer to the life you've always wanted.
I make it a point to be a student of life, so that I am able to help and understand any struggles that anyone brings to my table. In addition, my experience in various clinical settings has also prepared me to adjust as needed.
By utilizing CBT, I help clients recognize and identify any thought patterns that may be negatively impacting their life and work on correcting them by the use of cognitive restructuring, problem-solving skills, mood monitoring, goal setting, and thought recording.
I understand that not one therapy fits all, and therefore I use Eclectic therapy in such cases. By drawing on from a variety of techniques and practices, I am able to help clients personalized their treatment plans that best suit their needs.
