Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Texas. I received my Masters from Webster University and have been practicing for 15 years. I help adults struggling with all life stressors become the best versions of themselves. I have dedicated my professional life to bring guidance and a safe platform for counseling needs. I felt welcomed & connected authentically with Lupe from minute one. She listened openly without judgement to my concerns and challenges, inquired what methods I've tried in the past that worked/didn't work for me, made extra time in our first intake & took notes before making suggestions. She focused on me individually & empowered me to choose the priorities I want to focus on first. I like her eclectic person-centered approach & am looking forward to having a spirituality component in therapy.

Her name caught my attention, as did the experience she has provided to individuals. Also, the first session was excellent, but everything will improve as we move forward because it is about teaching and learning from the experiences.
