Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Texas. I received my Masters from Webster University and have been practicing for 15 years. I help adults struggling with all life stressors become the best versions of themselves. I have dedicated my professional life to bring guidance and a safe platform for counseling needs. I have worked with private and public entities to include law enforcement populations.

My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about everyday stressors.
