I'm a thoughtful, engaged therapist who offers a steady and supportive space to explore and get to the root causes of the challenges you're facing. I work with adults dealing with the effects of trauma, anxiety, childhood wounds, and relational struggles. Drawing on approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment focused (AEDP) and somatic awareness, I help clients understand themselves more deeply and move toward meaningful change.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we'll take time to get to know each other and begin exploring what brings you to therapy. You can expect a calm, non-judgmental space where you're accepted exactly as you are. There’s no pressure to go anywhere you’re not ready to go—we’ll move at your pace. I’ll listen closely to your story and help us begin to identify the patterns and possible roots of your pain, always in a collaborative way. Whether you’re feeling anxious, uncertain, or hopeful, our first session is about building trust and creating a foundation for the work ahead.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths lie in my ability to create a grounded, attuned space where clients feel safe to explore even the most vulnerable parts of themselves. I bring a deep understanding of how early experiences shape present-day struggles and use approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic awareness, and attachment-based (AEDP) work to gently guide lasting change. Clients often tell me they feel truly seen and understood—sometimes for the first time—and that our work helps them access deeper clarity, compassion, and a more authentic connection to themselves and others.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal clients are adults who are ready to look beneath the surface and explore the deeper roots of their struggles. They may feel stuck in patterns shaped by childhood wounds, anxiety, trauma, or relational pain—longing for relief but also for true, lasting change. Many have tried to “figure it out” on their own or in other therapies but are now seeking a more experiential, insight-oriented approach. They value self-awareness, emotional honesty, and are open to doing deep inner work to heal old patterns and reconnect with a sense of purpose, wholeness, and authenticity in their lives and relationships. I’m best positioned to support those who may look fine on the outside but carry quiet pain within—and who are ready to do the meaningful work of transformation.

My treatment methods

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

In our sessions, I gently use Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you connect with and care for the different parts of yourself, creating space for healing, self-compassion, and inner harmony. Together, we explore how the roots of depression, anxiety, and trauma often live in these parts of you—carrying burdens from the past—and work toward healing through curiosity, connection, and compassion.
