Hello! I am a licensed professional counselor licensed in Texas allowed to see Texas residents. I have most experience helping adults struggling with anxiety, work/family stress, depression, and helping provide coping skills to help you feel empowered to help work through these concerns. I have a very laid back approach and want you to be able to talk as yourself and focus on what you need. I want you to leave each session feeling you were able to cover everything you wanted to.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session with will do brief introductions, and jump in where you feel ready to start. Together we can identify key topics you would like me to help with so we can have a great direction to focus on.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Having a laid back approach, I want you to feel as comfortable as possible to have a safe space to discuss these difficult topics. I am very person centered and don't pressure topics you are not ready to discuss, and am very good at helping to provide different perspectives in situations as well.

I enjoy working with adults wanting help with anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, self esteem issues, depression and mood swings. I can help also with work/family balance, and feeling overwhelmed.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Majority of my years in practice has been utilizing CBT methods, through out our conversations I will help you with identifying your thoughts and how they affect your emotions, and help with identifying ways to help you take back control of those thoughts.

Through out our conversations we will work on building your self esteem, and empowering your confidence in your ability to advocate for yourself and find your voice.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

Through out our conversations when feeling we are stuck in a negative space we will focus on things you can control and help you move forward to finding solutions in your problems.
