Hi! I'm a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) base in Massachusetts . I received my Masters from Salem State University and have been practicing for over 11 years. I help adults struggling with stress and burnout become the best versions of themselves. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, executive function problems, parenting problems, ADHD and life changing situations. My approach is solution focused, client centered, and strengths based drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Theory.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Having worked in the social work field for 20 years I have developed the skills to be an empathic listener, help you identify your strengths and goals and ways/methods to reach these goals.

I love working with people who are navigating life transitions. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

I’ve been using person-centered therapy in my practice and have found it has helped many clients in many aspects of their life. I provide an empathic understanding of your point of view and positive regard in a nonjudgmental way. We will discuss your thought patterns and how they effect all aspects of your life. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed life.
