First session
I will focus on understanding you and your goals in the first session. I want you to understand my skills and what I bring to support you. I want to make sure I am a fit for what you are trying to accomplish.

I think my most significant strength is I am no rookie. I have many years of experience working with various clients successfully. I will be honest and forthright. I do this to have a positive impact on others.
Ideal clients
I am skilled at working with a wide range of people. I am currently a Senior Consultant with the capabilities to work with highly functional individuals struggling in specific life spaces. I have years of experience working with youth in high-end residential treatment facilities in Utah. I also have over 10 years of experience working with couples in private practices.
Treatment methods
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
I have studied and trained an ACT therapist. The goal of this modality is to focus on moving forward successfully amid trials, challenges, addiction, anxiety, and depression.
EMDR
I have a basic certificate in EMDR. I have taken several advance classes as well. I have additional trauma in other trauma-informed treatment methods that strengthen my EMDR background.
Family Therapy
Family and Couples Therapist for over 5 years with a focus on systems and improving communication.
Gottman method
Completed Level 1 of Gottman's Training. Has worked with hundreds of different couples successfully.
Couples Counseling
I have worked with over a hundred couples in my years of practice successfully.
