Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based on Florida. I received by Masters from Barry University and have been in clinical practice for the past 7 years. I enjoy practicing Mindfulness and focusing on the small positives we experience every day. Building in ways to help be present, especially when life can get crazy is something I like to prioritize to help you find that peace!
In our first session, I'll get to know you a little bit, then we will dive into the specifics of what brought you to reach out for help and any goals you have for session. I will try not to have you re-live any experiences that are uncomfortable, but sharing what brought you to session is really helpful in starting our journey together!
