My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

As a CBT therapist, my goal is to help you understand the relationship between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Everything that we do is informed by our thought process, self-concept, and emotional awareness. With CBT, I hope to aid you in becoming a fully aware person, who is capable of true autonomy and choice.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

Aside from being a fully trained CBT therapist, I also utilize aspects of ACT therapy to help the people that I work with engage in flexible thinking and self-care. ACT can create the space to help persons understand their goals and put them into perspective because it helps in developing the confidence to live within one's genuine values.
