Based in Pennsylvania, I am currently licensed in Pennsylvania, Florida, New Mexico, Ohio, and South Carolina. I have been in private practice for six years and love working with folks in their twenties to thirties who are navigating the many challenges of adulting. I enjoy supporting people as they seek growth in areas such as identity development, healthy boundary setting, navigating challenging family dynamics, and relationship building.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first session, I will share with you a bit about my approach and general philosophy. We will review general policies related to confidentiality, informed consent, billing, etc. The majority of the session will be an intake, where I ask you questions in order to gain a snapshot of your background and begin to get to know you. The first session is much more structured than typical sessions, so it can be a little confusing if this is your first time engaging in therapy. We will explore your goals for therapy and begin to see how we can collaborate together.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I offer folks a non-judgmental, compassionate, authentic, empowering presence. I am committed to providing consistent support as you pursue growth and healing.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I enjoy working with folks in their twenties and thirties who are trying to figure out this thing we call adulting. Whether the challenges are in the form of career, friendships (let's be real, it can be tough to make friends as an adult), parents, or relationships, my clients are invested in creating a life that they find meaningful. They are the experts on their own lives and desire a collaborative therapeutic approach, not someone to solve their problems for them.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT offers people practical strategies that they can utilize to effectively problem-solve and achieve their goals.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

DBT skills are effective strategies that can be deployed in real time to address challenges through mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

Solution focused brief therapy is a goal-directed, future focused strategy that concentrates on solutions, rather dwelling on problems. It takes what you are already doing well and finds ways to build on those strengths.
