I embrace all, ages 16 and up, to call on my practice. I am passionate about life and am drawn to this profession with the desire to have a positive impact on people’s lives as I believe people have incredible resilience and the ability to adapt to circumstances they encounter in life; further, I believe that health itself is a very personal experience. I believe that people want to heal mentally, emotionally and physically to live more functional lives. I approach clients from a client centered perspective with the belief that I am here to help and support them through collaboration and medication prescribing as they strive to reach their full potential. I have over 25 years' experience in acute healthcare and, over 5 years of experience as a Mental Health Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner actively seeing clients across the lifespan for many different mental health struggles. Currently, I am seeing clients via telehealth. I do anticipate seeing clients in-person or via telehealth per their request, in the near future. My office is currently located in Round Rock Texas although I am seeing clients from all over Texas. Further, at this time, I am not prescribing stimulants for the treatment of ADHD.

I utilize measurement scales/tools to continuously assess and monitor anxiety and depression as well.
