I am a therapist who believes that healing begins when people feel truly heard and understood. I provide a calm, supportive space where clients can speak openly, process their experiences, and make sense of what they’re carrying—without judgment or pressure to “fix” everything at once. My approach is collaborative and trauma-informed, blending emotional processing with practical insight so clients can better understand their patterns, strengthen boundaries, and feel more in control of their lives. I value authenticity, compassion, and respect, and I work at a pace that feels safe and sustainable for each individual. My goal is not to change who you are, but to help you reconnect with your strengths and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and for you to feel out whether this space feels right for you. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’re currently dealing with, and what you hope to get out of our work together. There’s no pressure to share everything at once! You can go at your own pace. Some clients use the first session to talk and unload, while others want structure or clarity, and both are completely okay. My role is to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and help you feel supported while we begin to understand patterns, stressors, and goals. By the end of the session, we’ll have a clearer sense of how therapy can support you moving forward.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths as a therapist are my ability to create a calm, safe space where clients feel genuinely heard, my attunement to emotional patterns beneath the surface, and my balanced approach to care. I am skilled at listening without judgment while also helping clients gain insight, set boundaries, and make meaningful changes at their own pace. I bring consistency, empathy, and clarity to the therapeutic relationship, and I work collaboratively with clients to ensure therapy feels supportive, purposeful, and aligned with their goals.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal clients include children, adolescents, adults, and families who are seeking support with emotional regulation, anxiety, trauma, and relationship or family dynamics. I work with adults who feel overwhelmed, burned out, or stuck—especially those who are high-functioning but internally carrying a lot—and who want a supportive space to talk, process, and gain clarity. I also work with parents and caregivers who are navigating behavior challenges, attachment concerns, or parenting stress and want both emotional support and practical tools. For families with young children, I provide Parent–Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), an evidence-based approach that strengthens the parent–child relationship, improves behavior, and builds caregiver confidence through live coaching and skill development. I strive to meet clients where they are and tailor therapy to their unique needs and goals.
