Hi, I’m Madison! I am a compassionate, attachment-focused therapist who helps children, teens, and adults feel safe, understood, and connected. My work blends evidence-based approaches like PCIT, TF-CBT, and parts work with a warm, non-judgmental presence that meets clients where they are. I focus on healing underlying attachment wounds, building emotional regulation skills, and strengthening relationships, while collaborating closely with caregivers to create lasting change beyond the therapy room.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In the first session, you can expect a warm, supportive space where we begin getting to know each other at your pace. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you (or your child) to therapy, what challenges you’ve been facing, and what you’re hoping will feel different. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your experiences, strengths, and goals, while also making sure you feel comfortable and heard.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths as a therapist lie in my ability to create a space that feels genuinely safe, calm, and non-judgment, especially for clients who have experienced trauma or struggle with trust. I have a strong foundation in attachment-based work, allowing me to understand behaviors through the lens of unmet needs rather than labeling or blaming.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I’m best positioned to support children, adolescents, and adults who are navigating emotional or behavioral challenges and are open to building stronger, more connected relationships. Many of the clients I work with are experiencing anxiety, stress, life transitions, or difficulties with emotional regulation, and are looking for practical tools alongside a supportive space to better understand themselves or their child.

My treatment methods

Parent-Child Interaction (PCIT)

I have 6 years of experience providing Parent–Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), an evidence-based approach designed to strengthen the relationship between caregivers and young children while addressing challenging behaviors.

Trauma Informed Care

I practice from a trauma-informed care perspective, recognizing how past experiences can shape a person’s emotions, behaviors, and sense of safety. My approach emphasizes creating a supportive, predictable environment where clients feel respected, heard, and in control of their healing process.

Attachment-based

I work from an attachment-based perspective, understanding that early relationships shape how we connect with others and experience safety, trust, and intimacy. In therapy, I focus on helping clients explore patterns in their relationships and how these may be rooted in past attachment experiences. By creating a secure, supportive therapeutic relationship, I help clients develop greater emotional awareness, strengthen their capacity for connection, and build healthier, more secure relationships in their lives.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

I incorporate mindfulness-based therapy to help clients develop greater awareness of their thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations in the present moment. Through guided practices and practical tools, I support clients in learning how to respond to challenges with intention rather than reactivity.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

I take a person-centered approach, grounded in the belief that each individual has an inherent capacity for growth and self-understanding. I provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel genuinely heard, accepted, and respected. Through empathy, authenticity, and collaboration, I support you in exploring your experiences, gaining clarity, and moving toward meaningful change at your own pace.
