Have you felt you are stuck and need help reaching your goals or lack motivation to make the needed changes in your life? I hope to help you reach your goals and full potential through solutions based therapy. I have 25 years of clinical experience working with clients, children and families. I enjoy helping clients reach thier goals and find a focus in thier life. I am a licensed clinical social worker. I began my career in the child dependency field and worked with children and families. I currently work in the hospital setting and my current role is the emergency room social worker. My therapy style is open and nonjudgmental. My preferred treatment modality is solutions based and client centered. I believe in treating everyone with respect and compassion. I also understand there has to be a good fit between the therapist and client. I am open to feedback on how to make our relationship work to best benefit you as the client. I hope we can create weekly goals together to work towards the long term change you are seeking. It is a big step to seek therapy and start making changes in your life. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and help you on your journey. I look forward to working with you! Full Bio

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session we will have a brief introduction and get to know each other. We will then move into the more specific issues you want to address in therapy.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My biggest strengths are an openness to listen and to learn more about you and your goals. I try to focus on achieving the goals you want to reach.
