My treatment methods

Motivational Interviewing

Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) are central to my practice. MI uses empathy, acceptance, and open ended questions to strengthen motivation for change. CBT helps identify and challenge unhelpful beliefs, replacing them with balanced thoughts that support healthier emotions and behaviors. Together, we will work toward achieving mental wellness through insight, patience, and practical strategies. "Working together, with time and patience, we can reach your mental health goals. Seeking care is your first step to the relief and you deserve it".
