I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over six years of experience helping adults navigate challenges related to anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support clients in developing practical tools, gaining insight, and creating meaningful change. My style is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on empowering my clients to reach their goals.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In the first session, clients can expect a warm, collaborative conversation focused on getting to know them and understanding what brings them to therapy. I’ll ask about their current concerns, personal history, and goals for treatment. We’ll also discuss how I work, answer any questions, and begin to outline a plan tailored to their needs. The goal is to create a safe, supportive space and set the foundation for effective therapy

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths as a provider include my ability to build strong, trusting relationships, my use of evidence-based approaches like CBT, and my commitment to tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs. I bring a calm, nonjudgmental presence to sessions and focus on helping clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I’m best positioned to serve adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, or life transitions and are ready to actively engage in the therapeutic process. I work well with clients who value a structured, goal-oriented approach and are open to exploring how their thoughts, behaviors, and emotions interact. My clients often seek practical strategies for coping, personal growth, and lasting change.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a core treatment approach in my practice, drawing on training from the Beck Institute and over six years of experience. I help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thoughts, develop healthier thinking patterns, and build coping skills. CBT sessions are structured and goal-oriented, with a focus on collaboration, skill-building, and practical tools to support lasting change.
