Hi! I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Georgia and Alabama. I received my masters from the University of Southern Mississippi and have been practicing for more than 15 years.
I want to support and empower clients to identify solutions that work best for them, which will ultimately increase self-confidence and self-management.
I utilize an eclectic and solution-focused approach to help identify the needs of each client in order to provide the necessary tools to help them reach their goals.
First session
In our first session, we will start to build a therapeutic alliance that will help me understand the current challenges you are facing and what led you to initiate support. This will help identify goals for follow up sessions.

I have experience helping clients navigate difficult emotions, relationship concerns, family conflict, work-related concerns, life transitions, and identity and self-esteem issues. I like to collaborate with the client to develop a treatment plan specific to their unique needs.

Solution-Focused Brief Treatment
Alisia's clinical interest include relationship concerns, depression, anxiety, identity development, life transitions, and multiculturalism. She takes a collaborative approach to therapy, helping clients to identify goals and gain insight on what may be preventing them from reaching those goals.
