• My theoretical orientation, which is very much influenced by humanistic and existential psychology, should enable me to reach my goals in dealing with clients. I believe that people in general develop their personalities in the service of positive goals and that we are born with certain innate capabilities, capacities, or potentialities. promotes healing by emotional and psychological awareness to enable one to experience life as a whole.

First session

My goal is to provide a safe, respectful, and confidential space where we can work together at your pace. My role is not to judge you or tell you how to live your life. My role is to understand your experiences, help you identify patterns, and work with you to develop practical tools so you can feel better and move toward the life you want. First session consists of taking psychosocial history and establishing rapport with each other. Everything we discuss is confidential except in a few situations required by law, such as if someone is in immediate danger of harming themselves or another person, or in cases involving abuse of a child, dependent adult, or vulnerable person. My therapy is person centered meaning Treatment plan is unique and may be different from one another.

Strengths

I will provide , treatment interventions include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). CBT is utilized to address anxiety, depression, anger, and insomnia through evidence-based, solution-focused interventions that strengthen coping skills, self-awareness, and problem-solving. DBT is applied with individuals presenting with emotional dysregulation, impulse control difficulties, and related interpersonal trauma, with treatment goals focused on mood regulation and self-efficacy. ACT targets maladaptive fear patterns and low self-esteem associated with value incongruence, utilizing mindfulness and behavioral strategies to support values-based functioning and psychological flexibility

Ideal clients

My ideal clients are individuals who are motivated to improve their emotional well-being and are open to working collaboratively in the therapeutic process. They may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, grief, or difficulties adjusting to significant life changes. While clients do not need to have all the answers or be fully ready for change, I value their willingness to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment.

Treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

My role is to help you understand your emotions, reduce suffering, and learn practical skills that can help you manage life's challenges. We will work together without judgment. Change takes practice, and I will support you throughout the process

Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy can be a helpful adjunct treatment for trauma when it is provided by a clinician who is trained in both trauma treatment and clinical hypnosis. It is generally not a stand-alone treatment, and it should be integrated into a comprehensive trauma-informed approach. For some clients, hypnosis can reduce anxiety, increase emotional regulation, and facilitate processing of traumatic experiences. For others—especially those with severe dissociation or complex trauma—it must be used cautiously and only after adequate stabilization.

Couples Counseling

Couples counseling helps partners improve communication, rebuild trust, resolve conflicts, and strengthen emotional and physical intimacy. The therapist does not take sides but works to understand each partner's perspective and help them create healthier interaction patterns.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

Help clients make room for uncomfortable emotions instead of fighting or avoiding them. "I have to get rid of my anxiety before I get on with my life."
