Ms. Currington facilitates an environment where clients can express themselves without fear of rejection or judgment. She currently maintains a focus on adolescents and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, life adjustments, and/or trauma. She also places a focus on individuals within the Autism Spectrum community who may be looking to gain a better understanding of their diagnosis as well as their mental health needs. This clinician has a passion for helping others through their personal growth and strives on being a support to them through the process. Emotions are a universal connection point for us, but some experiences leave us feeling more divided and isolated by them at times. Please know this is not our forever 'state of being', and that reaching out for support and care is normal and important to do as needed. I am ready to be a supportive listener and educator to you, your experiences, and needs.
Before booking a session, please contact Ms. Currington for a consult and to discuss calendar availability. Ms. Currington's Grow calendar does not always reflect an accurate representation of availability, so prefers to book with clients personally. At your first session, we will take time to identify your root concerns and work to create a 'Biopsychosocial' on you so that we can better understand and assess your needs. Ms. Currington describes this as an "interview" about you and your experiences without the pressure of saying the 'Right/Wrong' response.
