I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist and clinical hypnotherapist who helps adults heal from relational trauma, navigate anxious or avoidant attachment patterns, and create healthier relationships—starting with the one they have with themselves. I specialize in working with high-functioning women who feel stuck in dating, burned out from people-pleasing, or unsure how to break old cycles. My integrative approach blends talk therapy, parts work, and mind-body tools to build emotional resilience, secure attachment, and genuine self-worth.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll get to know each other and explore what’s bringing you to therapy. I’ll ask about your goals, your history, and what you hope to change or understand better. You can expect a warm, nonjudgmental space where you set the pace and we start building a foundation for meaningful work together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

What sets my approach apart is how I blend evidence-based therapy with subconscious and mind-body methods for deeper, lasting change. I integrate tools like Internal Family Systems, CBT, and clinical hypnotherapy to help clients access insight, regulate emotions, and break out of stuck patterns. Clients often say they leave sessions feeling more grounded, self-aware, and empowered to make clear, intentional choices.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with women who are smart, self-aware, and tired of repeating the same relational patterns. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, self-doubt, or overfunctioning in their relationships—and they’re ready to do the deeper work to change that. If you’re craving more clarity, boundaries, and emotional freedom, you’re in the right place.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I’m trained in CBT and use it to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, challenge limiting beliefs, and develop more effective coping strategies. I often pair CBT with hypnotherapy and parts work to address both conscious and subconscious blocks, supporting lasting change from the inside out.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I incorporate DBT skills to help clients regulate emotions, tolerate distress, and improve communication in relationships. I use these tools alongside parts work and mind-body techniques to build emotional resilience and support clients in making aligned, values-driven choices—even in high-stress or triggering situations.

Positive Psychology

I use Positive Psychology to help clients shift from surviving to thriving by building on their strengths, fostering resilience, and cultivating meaningful goals. I weave in tools like gratitude, values alignment, and solution-focused strategies to support lasting mindset and behavior change.

Psychodynamic

I draw from psychodynamic theory to help clients uncover unconscious patterns rooted in early relationships that shape how they show up in the present. Through insight, emotional exploration, and a safe therapeutic relationship, we work to heal attachment wounds and create more authentic ways of relating to self and others.

Transpersonal

I draw from Transpersonal Psychology to support clients in exploring identity, purpose, and spiritual growth as part of the healing process. I integrate mind-body practices, altered states like hypnosis, and meaning-making frameworks to help clients connect with their higher Self and navigate life from a more soul-aligned place.
