As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I strive to provide a holistic approach to life long mental health and wellness.
I am committed to providing individualized treatment to all patients that focus on treating the whole self by utilizing the latest pharmaceutical remedies as well as lifestyle enrichment through education and realistic goal setting. I specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of multiple disorders and mental health conditions. Some of these conditions include depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, PTSD and psychosis. It is a humbling privilege to accompany my patients on their journey to improved living through a commitment to total wellness.
First session
During the first session with me, you can expect a relaxed and open dialogue to address your symptoms/issues. I am very transparent with information and I love educating my patients. My goal is to help my patients on their journey to wellness.
Strengths
I specialize in many disorders such as depression, bipolar, anxiety and PTSD. I treat all ages starting at 4 years of age. My greatest strength lies in my ability to empathize with my patients as well as their families. Unfortunately, the impact of mental and emotional crises on patients and their families can be greatly underestimated. The family operates as a system, much like a community, company, or nation. My experience in nursing has provided me with the insight to address the needs of both my patients and the families that support them. Healthy patients require functional and healthy systems in order to thrive.
Ideal clients
I accept and treat all ages and populations. Ages 4-99+
