I am a compassionate and collaborative therapist who strives to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and understood. My approach is warm, practical, and client-centered, with a focus on helping individuals build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward meaningful change. I draw from CBT, DBT, CPT, and supportive therapy to help clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, and emotional overwhelm. My goal is to meet clients where they are while helping them develop tools to feel more grounded, empowered, and confident in their daily lives.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we will focus on getting to know you, what brings you to therapy, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I will ask questions about your current concerns, background, strengths, and goals so we can begin creating a plan that feels supportive and realistic. My priority is to create a comfortable, nonjudgmental space where you can share at your own pace. You do not have to have everything figured out before starting therapy; we will work together to identify what feels most important and what steps may help you move forward.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths are creating a warm, supportive space while also helping clients build practical skills they can use outside of therapy. I balance compassion with structure, helping clients feel heard while also working toward meaningful goals. Clients often benefit from my ability to integrate insight-oriented support with evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and CPT. My style is collaborative, grounded, and focused on helping clients better understand themselves, manage emotions, process difficult experiences, and make sustainable changes.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client is someone who is ready to better understand themselves, strengthen coping skills, and work toward meaningful emotional or behavioral change. I am best positioned to support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, stress, relationship concerns, self-esteem challenges, or difficulties managing intense emotions. I work well with clients who may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from the life they want, but are open to building insight and practicing new ways of thinking, coping, and communicating. My goal is to help clients feel supported, empowered, and equipped with practical tools they can use both in and outside of therapy.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use CBT to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, understand how thoughts influence emotions and behaviors, and develop more balanced, practical ways of responding to stressors. Together, we work on building coping skills that support meaningful change in daily life.

Cognitive Processing (CPT)

I use CPT to help clients process traumatic or distressing experiences and examine beliefs that may keep them feeling stuck. Through this work, clients can begin to reduce shame, guilt, fear, and self-blame while moving toward healing and a stronger sense of safety.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I incorporate DBT skills to support emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and healthier communication. This approach can be especially helpful for clients who feel overwhelmed by intense emotions or want to respond to challenges with more clarity and control.

Supportive

I provide supportive therapy by creating a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard, validated, and understood. This approach focuses on strengthening resilience, increasing self-awareness, and helping clients navigate life’s challenges with support and compassion.
