Hi, I’m Gina. I provide a warm and nonjudgmental environment. I want to help you overcome mental and emotional barriers that affect your ability to live the life that you want. I enjoy not only validating and hearing my clients, but also helping them view situations differently and change unhelpful thought patterns. I also have a pretty good sense of humor. I have experience working with survivors of trauma, those experiencing depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD and addiction.
The first session is an opportunity to get to know one another. I ask many questions to fully understand symptoms, experiences and important components of client's lives and am open to answering any questions as well. From there, we will discuss goals for treatment.
I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy because I very much believe the way we feel and the things we do are shaped by how we think! Additionally, I use somatic therapy approaches which includes understanding and utilizing the mind-body connection.
I truly have my heart in my work. I care about my clients and tend to be their biggest cheerleader. I appreciate the trust clients have in me.
I love working with individuals who are new to therapy or unsure where to begin. I have found that sometimes therapy can be daunting but I aim to make it a positive and collaborative experience that proceeds at the most comfortable pace for you.

Gina is a very kind and patient person. I've been seeing her longer than I have any of my past therapists and feel comfortable talking to her without feeling judged. She is down to earth and chill.

Gina is super easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable right away. She asks great questions, keeps things on track, and brings a fun, positive vibe to each session. Really caring and flexible—I'd recommend her to anyone looking for a solid, down-to-earth therapist.
