I am an understanding and dedicated licensed clinical social worker with experience supporting individuals and families through complex mental health, medical, and social challenges. My practice focuses on providing client-centered support, advocacy, and practical interventions tailored to each person’s unique needs. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.
First session
During our first session, we’ll take some time to get to know each other and talk about what brought you to therapy. I’ll learn more about your current concerns, your goals, and what you hope to get out of our work together.
Strengths
I’m a good listener and I try to make people feel comfortable being themselves. I meet clients where they are and focus on what they need instead of using the same approach with everyone. I’m supportive, honest, and want my clients to leave each session feeling heard and understood.

Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I utilize CBT to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. We’ll look at thought patterns that may be making things harder and work on finding healthier, more realistic ways to respond. I also use practical tools and strategies that clients can use outside of sessions in their everyday lives.
Interpersonal
I use interpersonal therapy to help clients better understand their relationships, improve communication, and work through challenges that may be affecting their emotional well-being.”
