’m Stacy-Ann Bailey, LCSW, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and founder of YourStrength LLC, a mental health therapy and consulting practice. I support adults navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem, and personal growth using an individualized approach that incorporates CBT, psychodynamic therapy, and evidence-based interventions. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients can better understand themselves, build confidence, and develop practical tools to move forward.

First session

In the first session, clients can expect a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free space where they can begin sharing what brought them to therapy at their own pace. We’ll talk about their current concerns, personal history, strengths, and goals for therapy, while I answer any questions they may have about the process. By the end of the session, clients should have a clearer understanding of how therapy can support them and begin identifying practical steps toward feeling more confident, grounded, and in control of their lives.

Strengths

I bring warmth, empathy, and a genuine, nonjudgmental presence to every session. I take the time to understand each client as an individual and tailor therapy to their unique experiences, goals, and strengths. My approach combines CBT, psychodynamic therapy, and practical, solution-focused strategies, helping clients not only understand where their challenges come from but also develop tools they can use in everyday life. I strive to create a space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful changes.

Ideal clients

My ideal client is someone who is ready to better understand themselves, work through what may be holding them back, and create meaningful change in their life. I work well with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, relationships, and feeling stuck or overwhelmed. They may be looking for a safe space to process their experiences, gain clarity, build confidence, and develop healthier ways of coping. Most importantly, I welcome clients who are open to exploring themselves and taking intentional steps toward becoming the person they want to be.

Treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Psychodynamic Therapy to help clients explore the deeper experiences, emotions, and relationship patterns that may be influencing how they think, feel, and respond in the present. Together, we look at how past experiences and learned patterns may shape current relationships, self-esteem, coping, and decision-making. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, creating space for clients to develop greater self-awareness and understand themselves on a deeper level. As clients gain insight into these patterns, they can begin making more intentional choices, developing healthier relationships, and creating meaningful and lasting change.
