The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My strengths are providing therapy rooted in compassion, respect, and creativity. My goal as a therapist is to partner with my clients to create a treatment plan that comprehensively addresses their concerns and needs, including emotional, mental, relational, spiritual, and physiological health. Although I am well versed in a range of emotional/mental health challenges, I have a special passion for young women, teens, and girls seeking to build self-esteem, self-confidence, motivation, and a positive body-image I also am focused on guiding people through career difficulties and discernment of their life purpose, coping with life transitions, and supporting people that are grieving the loss of a loved one. I also greatly enjoy working with people with intellectual/developmental disabilities. I offer a variety of traditional talk therapy approaches as well as innovative, creative remedies which are arts-based.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Female girls/teens and young adult women seeking to build self-esteem, people experiencing career difficulties, discerning their vocation/life purpose, Asperger, as well as people who wish to explore/connect with their Christian faith within counseling. I also have a focus on people grieving the loss of a loved one.
