I offer therapy as a way of straightening out your life. I want to help you in developing and defining your goals in life and collaborate with you on ways to achieve these goals. My aim is to go through the difficulties of life with you and help you in understanding who you are and developing meaning and purpose around that.
Our first session, I will briefly introduce myself but will aim to spend the majority of the session talking about what your goals are and what you want to get out of therapy.
I have always been a very empathic person. I easily identify with and have compassion for others. This has helped me as a counselor to provide meaningful insight into their life and experience.
My life has included a diverse range of experiences and I have found success working with a diverse range of clients. My goal is to meet people where they are and to be as helpful as possible.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is grounded in the belief that how you think and act affects the way you feel, and vice versa. I use CBT as a way of helping clients to process issues and achieve their goals.
Person-centered (Rogerian)
Person-Centered Therapy believes that the client is the expert of their own life and that the role of the therapist is one of collaboration.
