(she/her)
I’m an energetic, warm, and compassionate therapist who believes that adversity doesn’t have to break us—it can build us. I help people reconnect with who they are, or connect with themselves for the first time, in a way that feels empowering, authentic, and deeply healing. Whether you’re feeling stuck, lost, or overwhelmed, therapy with me is about finding your way back to your own strength. I work through a trauma-informed, strength-based, and neuroscience-informed lens—helping you understand what’s happening in your mind and body, while also reminding you of the resilience you carry. My approach is collaborative, affirming, and rooted in the belief that everyone holds the potential for change, growth, and greatness. Together, we’ll work to uncover that potential and build a life that feels more aligned with who you want to be.
In our first session, my goal is to create a space that feels safe, welcoming, and judgment-free. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy and what you’re hoping to get out of it, but there's no pressure to have all the answers right away. I’ll ask some questions to get to know you better—your history, what’s been feeling heavy lately, and how you’ve been coping. You can share as much or as little as you’re comfortable with. We’ll go at your pace. This first session is about connection and beginning to build a relationship rooted in trust, curiosity, and compassion.
think one of my greatest strengths as a provider is my ability to show up as fully human in the room—compassionate, grounded, and real. I create a space where clients feel truly seen and not judged, even when they’re sharing the things they’ve kept hidden. I’m warm, intuitive, and often use humor to help people feel more at ease in the therapeutic process. I also bring a deep understanding of how trauma and neurobiology impact the mind and body, and I use that knowledge to help clients make sense of their experiences in a way that feels both validating and empowering. Ultimately, I believe in my clients even when they’re struggling to believe in themselves—and I help them reconnect with that belief over time.
I’m best positioned to support clients who feel lost, disconnected from themselves, or unsure of their direction or purpose. Many of the people I work with have either forgotten their strengths or feel like they’ve never truly known them. They may be navigating trauma, life transitions, low self-esteem, or mental health diagnoses that leave them feeling manipulated or overwhelmed by their own thoughts. Whether they’re feeling stuck, numb, or simply unsure of how to move forward, I help clients begin the process of reclaiming their voice, identity, and inner strength—often for the first time. My goal is to walk alongside them as they reconnect with who they are and build a life that feels more true and empowering.
In my work, I take a strength-based approach, which means I focus on helping clients recognize and build on the abilities, values, and inner resources they already possess. Rather than centering solely on what’s “wrong” or what needs to be fixed, I help clients uncover what’s strong—their resilience, creativity, courage, and capacity for growth. This method encourages empowerment and self-confidence, and it supports meaningful change by highlighting what’s already working, even in small ways. I believe every person brings something valuable to the table, and therapy is a collaborative space where we explore those strengths together and use them as tools for healing and transformation.
"I use a psychodynamic approach to help clients better understand the roots of their emotional struggles. Together, we look at how past experiences and unconscious patterns may be influencing the present, so that with insight and support, you can move toward greater freedom, self-compassion, and growth."
"I integrate principles from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), helping clients develop greater psychological flexibility by learning to accept difficult thoughts and feelings rather than fighting them. Together, we focus on clarifying your values and taking meaningful action, even in the presence of challenges, so you can build a richer, more fulfilling life."
