My goal is to help you in the areas of life where you feel stuck, identify the areas of suffering you experience, and to come up with a plan to move you forward in your life. Every person is different as is every single plan for treatment. I am trained in a variety of therapies (CBT, EMDR, CPT, DBT) and specialize in anxiety, depression, relationships, and trauma.
