New clients continue care with this provider

My goal is to help you in the areas of life where you feel stuck, identify the areas of suffering you experience, and to come up with a plan to move you forward in your life. Every person is different as is every single plan for treatment. I am trained in a variety of therapies (CBT, EMDR, CPT, DBT) and specialize in anxiety, depression, relationships, and trauma. If I can be helpful or you have any questions, please don't hesitate to message me through Grow.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first session will be very conversational. I would like to hear about your goals, give you an opportunity to ask questions, and make sure that I am a good fit for what you need.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I focus on helping you feel comfortable with the process of therapy. I am able to stay present in the moments that are most difficult for people.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

Adults who are having trouble with depression, anxiety, relationships, and/or trauma.

My treatment methods

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

This is great way to focus skills work in key areas such as interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation and distress tolerance.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT allows us to focus on how your thinking may be impacting how you feel and what you do. It allows you to learn how to identify thoughts/beliefs that are not serving you and challenge them.

Couples Counseling

This is an opportunity for you and your partner/spouse to develop ways to communicate more effectively, operate as a team, and together help each other to move toward healing.

Cognitive Processing (CPT)

This is a trauma focused treatment that is fairly structured and identifies an event to work on while looking at the ways the traumatic event has interfered with your ability to move forward in your life.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-i)

Sleep is vital for all of us. This treatment is specific in that we focus solely on sleep and how to reset the circadian rhythm through sleep consolidation and sleep hygiene. This is a shorter treatment (6 sessions).
