Hi, I’m Jessica, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I support adults navigating anxiety, overwhelm, ADHD, self-esteem concerns, emotional regulation, relationship stress, life transitions, and the pressure of trying to manage everything. I work with adults who may be feeling emotionally drained, self-critical, anxious, stuck, or unsure how to move forward, and who are looking for support in feeling more grounded, confident, and connected to themselves.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, you can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space to talk about what has been going on and what you are hoping to get support with. You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy — it is okay to begin exactly where you are. We will talk through what has been feeling difficult, what feels most important right now, and what you hope might feel different over time. My goal is for you to feel comfortable, understood, and supported from the start, while also leaving with a clearer sense of possible next steps.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My approach is warm, personalized, and practical. I help clients feel understood while also giving them tools they can use in everyday life. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and solution-focused therapy, depending on each client’s needs and goals. I especially enjoy supporting adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, overwhelm, life transitions, and relationship stress. Clients often come to me for compassionate support, greater self-understanding, and help making meaningful, manageable changes.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I often work with adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, self-critical, anxious, or unsure how to move forward, and who are looking for support in feeling more grounded, confident, and connected to themselves. My goal is to offer a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel understood while also building practical tools for everyday life. I enjoy helping clients strengthen emotional regulation, build confidence, understand relationship and emotional patterns, and create meaningful changes that feel realistic and sustainable. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and practical. I work with clients to better understand the thoughts, emotions, patterns, and stressors that may be contributing to anxiety, low motivation, relationship challenges, or feeling stuck. I use approaches like CBT, DBT, ACT, and executive functioning support, but therapy with me is not one-size-fits-all. I tailor our work to each client’s needs, goals, and pace, while helping them better understand themselves, build coping skills, and create meaningful changes that feel realistic and manageable.

My treatment methods

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I use DBT to help clients manage intense emotions, cope with stress, and improve communication. I draw from skills like mindfulness, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance in a practical, supportive way.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

I use ACT to help clients respond to difficult thoughts and feelings with more flexibility and self-compassion. It can be especially helpful for anxiety, shame, overwhelm, and life transitions.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I use a solution-focused approach to help clients build on their strengths, identify what is already working, and take realistic steps forward. This approach can be especially helpful when someone feels stuck or overwhelmed.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use CBT to help clients understand how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence one another. Together, we work on shifting unhelpful patterns and building healthier ways of coping.
