Hi! I'm a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Board Certified Across the Lifespan. I received my Masters from Rivier University and have been practicing for 4 years, with previous experience working as a Registered Nurse with behavioral health clients. I have experience working in the emergency department, inpatient level of care, partial hospitalization level of care, as well as outpatient. I enjoy helping children, adolescents, and adults with psychotherapy and medication management (when indicated) by alleviating mental health symptoms to support overall wellness and recovery.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing that we will target together. This will help me create a person-centered plan to continue to use for our follow-ups.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked with children, adolescents, and adults in the psychiatric field over the past decade in a variety of settings, I've developed skills to assist a person identify the cause of challenges and symptoms as well as create plans made specifically for you that will lead to measurable progress and outcomes.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I love working with children, adolescents, and adults who are facing multifaceted life stressors. My clients are future-oriented, and enjoy building a strong therapeutic alliance to achieve goals. My clients often have been through many difficulties and strive for extra support.
