Do you feel overwhelmed by the challenges in your relationship? Are your relationships causing you to feel sad or anxious? As a licensed mental health counselor, I will provide you with a safe space to work through your thoughts and emotions to get clarity. I will utilize a holistic and humanistic approach to guide you in finding balance while living authentically. We will work collaboratively so you can find peace and long-term change. Schedule an appointment, if you want to regain control of your life or find relief from painful relationships. Be heard. Be seen. Be understood.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we’ll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you are facing. This will help me create a plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. My communication style is direct but personable, with a dash of humor.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I specialize in providing individual counseling to people who struggle with anxiety and depression caused by relationship issues, past painful relationships, and life transitions (break-up/divorce). I use a strength-based and empathic approach so you can work through obstacles that are impacting your quality of life. **Unfortunately, at this time I only provide individual therapy. I do NOT provide couple's therapy.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a form of psychological treatment that has been demonstrated to be effective for a range of problems including depression, anxiety disorders, alcohol and drug use problems, marital problems, eating disorders, and severe mental illness.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

Solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) places focus on a person's present and future circumstances and goals rather than past experiences. In this goal-oriented therapy, the symptoms or issues bringing a person to therapy are typically not targeted.
