I utilize a holistic approach to treatment that considers the whole person including spiritual needs, rather than just your mental health. Spiritual focus may be meaning of life and forgiveness. Self-care can look different for everyone, but it should promote health and happiness. Treatment is always determined in collaboration with clients and is focused on enhancing client strengths, finding solutions to challenges, and empowering clients to do what is best for themselves and their families.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In the first session, expect a focused conversation where I will ask you a lot of questions to understand what brought you to therapy, your background, current challenges, and desired goals, essentially getting to know you and assessing if I am a good fit for your needs; this is also a chance for the client to gauge if they feel comfortable with client-therapist relationship and determine if they want to continue therapy with me.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

As a provider, my greatest strengths include exceptional communication skills, a genuine empathetic approach to patient care, a strong attention to detail, the ability to actively listen and understand patient concerns, and a commitment to staying updated with effective coping strategies; allowing me to build strong relationships with patients and provide high-quality, personalized care.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

Do you struggle with stress, anxiety or self care?  I enjoy working with clients 23 and older and from all backgrounds. I have years of experience helping people cope with depression, anxiety and self esteem challenges.
