What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In our first session we will start with introductions, from there we will begin to address past history of mental health treatment. We will then move to addressing what is bringing you into Therapy now.

Having a varied professional history allows me to clinically assess clients needs and work to develop a treatment plan specifically geared towards an individual’s needs and goals
