Are you struggling with focus, anxiety, or feeling mentally overwhelmed? You’re not alone. An effective help is available. I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) providing telepsychiatry services across Texas. I specialize in evaluating and treating children adults with ADHD, anxiety, and depression, helping patients improve focus, reduce stress, and regain control of their daily lives. My approach is collaborative, practical, and results oriented. I focus on evidence-based medication management while also helping you understand your diagnosis, treatment options, and what to expect moving forward. You will always be involved in decision-making, and your concerns will be taken seriously. I offer prompt appointments, a streamlined intake process, and convenient telehealth visits so you can begin treatment without unnecessary delays.
During our first visit, I will conduct a comprehensive evaluation, including your past and current mental health concerns, personal and family history, and other relevant factors to help determine an accurate diagnosis. I will then review treatment options with you and recommend the most appropriate, personalized plan to support your mental wellness. My commitment is to partner with you throughout your journey toward greater resilience and improved mental health.
Working with psychiatric and mental health patients for almost two decades has strengthened my ability to listen deeply, honor each patient’s values, and support informed decision-making. I view the therapeutic relationship between me and my patients as a shared journey—my patient is the pilot and I am the co-pilot—working together toward a common destination of improved mental wellness and a fulfilling, functional life.
I am best positioned to work with adults who are motivated to better understand their mental health and are ready to take practical steps toward improvement. Many of my patients are dealing with challenges such as difficulty focusing, chronic anxiety, overthinking, low motivation, or feeling overwhelmed by daily responsibilities. I frequently work with individuals who suspect they may have ADHD or who have struggled with attention, organization, and follow-through for years without clear answers. I also support those experiencing anxiety and depression that impact their ability to function at work, in school, or in relationships.
