(she/her)
My name is Elizabeth, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, first generation Latina with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals and families across diverse systems, including child welfare, medical, and school settings. I enjoy building a strong therapeutic alliance based on empathy, respect, and collaboration. I believe that each of us is on a unique journey, one that comes with its own challenges and opportunities for growth. Having a supportive, trusted person to walk alongside you and help process life’s experiences can be vital to healing and transformation
I enjoy getting to know clients and building rapport. I find opportunities for growth in each client and collaborate with each client to set up goals to maximize their life potential.
I believe each client is the expert in their own story, and I strive to create a safe, affirming space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to work toward healing and growth. My work is grounded in trauma-informed, strengths-based practices, supporting clients as they navigate life transitions, emotional challenges, and systemic barriers.
My clinical approach is rooted in cultural humility and strengths-based care, with a focus on helping children, teens and families, navigate trauma, life transitions, and emotional challenges. I draw on my background in children and youth, foster care and adoptions, medical social work, and school-based mental health to provide compassionate, client-centered support that empowers individuals to find healing, stability, and meaningful growth.
