I work primarily with mood disorders, (depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder etc) and I take a holistic approach to mental health. I believe change is possible when we are willing to put in the work. I have been a licensed professional counselor for 15 years and focus on clients struggling with anxiety and depression or serious mental illnesses.
