I believe in the power of empathy to foster genuine connections and create a safe space for healing. Despite managing daily tasks and reaching goals, you may struggle to authentically connect with yourself, impacting your relationships, work, finances, and overall happiness. It's time to break free from this cycle! I specialize in helping individuals uncover underlying hurts, pains, and traumas that often hide behind "high-functioning" depression/anxiety, perfectionism, and low self-esteem.
As a licensed clinical social worker grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) with over 6 years of experience, I am dedicated to transforming negative thought patterns and behaviors. My approach is warm, supportive, and inquisitive. I have a knack for seeing the positive in any situation, fostering a vibrant and inclusive environment where I integrate interests like reading, arts, crafts, and music/art into sessions.

Maybe you keep having the same frustrating conversations with your partner and nothing ever really gets resolved. Trust may have been broken, you may feel lonely even when you’re together, or you may be questioning whether your relationship can actually get better. Or perhaps you’ve survived an abusive or traumatic relationship and find that what happened still affects how safe you feel, how you trust, and how you see yourself.
I’m an LMFT and LPC with over a decade of experience helping adults and couples navigate relationship difficulties, trauma and PTSD, domestic violence and abusive relationship dynamics, anxiety, grief, and major life transitions. I also specialize in women’s and reproductive mental health, including infertility and TTC, pregnancy loss, pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and the transition to motherhood.
My style is warm and compassionate, but I’m also an active therapist. I won’t simply listen and send you on your way. I’ll help you recognize patterns, understand what’s underneath them, and give you honest feedback and practical tools to help you create meaningful change.

My journey into the world of counseling was sparked by a simple belief: everyone carries the potential to lead a fulfilling life, and sometimes, all we need is a guiding hand to help illuminate our path. I believe in the resilience of the human spirit. Life can throw us challenges, often unexpected, but with understanding, patience, and guidance, we can overcome anything. My role is not just as a counselor but as a fellow traveler on the path to self-discovery.
Would you like to experience peace and achieve lasting change in your mental health through a compassionate and individualized treatment approach? Hi, I’m Tiffany, a licensed clinical social worker who provides individual therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma-related stress, grief, major life transitions, emotional overwhelm, low self-confidence, relationship difficulties, and challenges with boundaries or communication.
My goal is to provide a welcoming and nonjudgmental space where you can speak openly, feel understood, and explore the experiences that have shaped how you think, feel, cope, and connect with others. I understand that many people come to therapy after spending years taking care of everyone else, pushing through difficult situations, minimizing their own needs, or trying to hold everything together. You may appear strong and capable to others while privately feeling exhausted, disconnected, anxious, or unsure of what to do next.
My approach is supportive, collaborative, and practical. We will make room to process difficult emotions while also identifying patterns, developing coping strategies, strengthening communication, and creating meaningful steps toward change. I believe therapy should provide more than a place to talk—it should help you understand yourself more clearly and use that understanding in your everyday life.
Whether you are experiencing a recent challenge or working through patterns that have developed over many years, we will begin where you are and move at a pace that respects your needs. I currently provide individual psychotherapy for adults and am not accepting new couples or family therapy clients.
Hi there, I’m Lynn.
Do you ever feel like the stress of life is starting to take over? Are you wanting to bring back the excitement and joy you once felt in your relationships, daily activities, or work? Maybe you’re struggling to be patient and kind with yourself, or finding it hard to make the best decisions because everything feels overwhelming right now.
I help individuals manage stress and anxiety so they can avoid burnout and emotional exhaustion. Together, we will explore your triggers, thought patterns, and the behaviors that are helping—or hindering—your well‑being. My approach is holistic, focusing on caring for the whole person. I draw from multiple therapeutic styles, but I frequently incorporate mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you build awareness, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful change.
Whether you're overwhelmed by life decisions, navigating relationship challenges, or trying to break free from unhealthy cycles, I’m here to walk alongside you. I know seeking therapy can feel intimidating, but choosing to take this step is a powerful and courageous act. Having a safe, supportive space to process and heal allows you to grow and move beyond the obstacles you’re facing.
In our work together, you can expect understanding without judgment, practical tools backed by experience, and a collaborative relationship focused on helping you move toward a more fulfilled and grounded life. I look forward to supporting you on your journey and watching you grow into the version of yourself that you’re striving to become.
My belief as a therapist is that working with individuals to help them recognize and reach their potential in managing life’s barriers, will bring them true happiness and success for their quality of life. As a person-centered therapist who combines solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral therapeutic techniques, I can help you find hope again through your own strengths and abilities. I promote a warm and genuine environment without judgement. If you are ready for positive change and want to take the next steps, I am here to empower you on your journey. I look forward to meeting you.

As a result, I chose to become a therapist, to provide the same support and guidance to the people I work with!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience helping individuals and couples navigate daily stressors and difficult life transitions. I partner with motivated clients who have identified troubled areas in their lives but currently feel unequipped to handle them effectively on their own. By combining a practical, goal-oriented approach with structured behavioral strategies, I help clients cultivate the resilience, tools, and actionable mindsets needed to overcome their challenges and build a more fulfilling life.
You will find me easy to talk to, compassionate, and warm.
Working together in a collaborative effort, we will explore ways to help you identify and change thoughts and behavior patterns that keep you from feeling your best. I will tailor your therapeutic needs specifically designed to fit your circumstances to achieve optimal mental health. Searching for the 'right fit' with a therapist doesn't have to be a difficult task. It begins with our working together to empower you to be your own 'change-agent'! I will help you reflect, finding clarity and understanding, allowing you to achieve a more authentic, fulfilling and content life.
I believe therapy is meant to be a space of mutual collaboration, help work towards and help understand those aspects of your life that motivated you to seek guidance. I believe that each situation is unique, just like the individuals involved. I embrace multiple modalities that include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Self-Compassion. I thus embrace a client-centric approach of unconditional positive regard where the goal is for you to embrace your inner strength, leading to your desired clinical outcomes.
You may be someone who appears strong and capable on the outside while privately carrying stress, trauma, anxiety, relationship difficulties, or the pressure of always having to hold everything together. I work with adults of all genders, and over the years, I have gained extensive experience helping men address the concerns that often matter most to them.
My work with men includes navigating relationship and communication difficulties, divorce or separation, fatherhood, work-related stress, anger, emotional isolation, loss of identity, depression, anxiety, trauma, and the pressure to remain strong while struggling internally. I understand that many men have been taught to suppress vulnerability or solve problems alone. Therapy with me is practical, respectful, and judgment-free—a place where you can speak honestly without feeling criticized or misunderstood.
As a South Asian therapist, I also understand how culture, family expectations, identity, immigration experiences, and intergenerational patterns can influence mental health. I welcome South Asian clients, veterans, active-duty service members, and individuals coping with PTSD, military-related experiences, major life transitions, and relationship concerns.
My approach is warm, direct, culturally responsive, and focused on meaningful change. Together, we will understand the patterns keeping you stuck, strengthen your coping and communication skills, and help you move forward with greater confidence, peace, and clarity. You do not have to navigate everything alone.

With a deep background in case management, I offer more than just talk therapy; I provide clinical advocacy for clients who feel overwhelmed by the legal and systemic hurdles that often accompany tragedy.
I am also deeply committed to serving first responders and frontline professionals. I understand the unique culture of your work and the weight of secondary trauma. Whether you are a first responder seeking a confidential space to decompress or a survivor looking to regain your agency, my goal is to help you process these experiences and find a path forward. I utilize a tech-forward, virtual approach that incorporates evidence-based tools like EMDR to help you achieve lasting healing.
