Hey, my name is Marrium Guirguis and I am here to help you wherever you are in life. I believe we all have a story to tell and regardless of how similar two experiences sound, they will still be very different from each other and deserve to be heard, validated and worked with uniquely. Throughout my career, I have specialized in working with adults and adolescents 14+ with PTSD, Anxiety, working with survivors of human trafficking and domestic violence, family dynamics, supportive therapy through challenges, people with disabilities, and young couples. One thing uniquely about myself is that I am a little person (dwarfism). I navigate the world at 3’6” tall and had to overcome a lot and have learned tremendously from my experiences. If you resonate with that and feel there could be a lot to unpack and work through, I can help you. I have had great success in incorporating one's culture, faith, values and morals due to it being integral in understanding who they are. My Christian faith has influenced my desire to help people, but I enjoy working with people of all backgrounds in a faith-based or secular style, based on your preference. Life is moving pretty fast with all of the rapid changes occurring daily. This may be what you are looking for to be able to gain that much more control over it. Please check out my website at www.faithfultomorrowcs.com for more about my practice.

Whether there has been a significant loss, a life transition, relational conflict, or daily stressors, we all need support during difficult times. Sometimes, however, a trained professional can help navigate these challenges and assist in facilitating positive change. We aren’t always able to recognize the underlying cause of our discomfort or find ways to overcome life’s challenges. In a therapeutic setting, we will work together to discover healthier ways for you to deal with life’s struggles, make desired changes, improve relationships, and find inner healing. Seeking therapy can be viewed as an investment in yourself. Improving mental and emotional health is as important as one’s physical health. My role is to provide a safe space and come alongside you on your journey. I work with adolescents and adults and provide individual, couples, and family counseling services. I treat depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, (PTSD), relationship issues, parenting, behavioral concerns, and many other problems affecting how we feel and operate in the world.

Hi. My name is Christine Toler, Chris, and I earned my Ed.S and LPC- MHSP in the state of Tennessee, and New Jersey. I have been licensed as a Professional Counselor since 2010, and a School Counselor since 2006. I started being a believer in therapy when it first helped me over forty years ago, (as a child). I thought what a wonderful way to get to the root of the problem... and get rid of it. Since then I have been working on myself as a client as well as acquiring a licensure to help others, including teens, adults and families. I focus on solution based and non-judgmental cognitive therapy. I believe understanding a problem is not the end of the work. The action we take to support a positive change... is what changes lives. And while I have experienced that in some very important areas... I continue to grow... daily. I choose to be transparent about that because I believe it is important to the work that my clients know I understand how it feels to be in their chair. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, doubt, guilt, grief, or all of the above, I believe I can help you.

My name is Dr. Olushola Bakare, and I’m a board-certified Psychotherapist. I attended St Joseph College. I’m happy to help you today with any of your concerns. I enjoy empowering people and digging out their strengths. I don't ask fish to fly, neither do I ask birds to swim. I respect everyone's strengths and help my client recognize them. I love to highlight my client's strengths. I offer a safe, warm, therapeutic, judgment-free space for Adults (18+) and Older Adults (65+). I am sorry, but I do not accept clients who pay in cash. Also, every late cancellation or no-show accrues a late charge fee. It is my ethical duty to officially terminate our therapeutic relationship when it is reasonably clear that the client is no longer beneficent, services are no longer required, counseling no longer serves the client's needs and/or interests or Dr. Olushola Bakare, LMFT limits do not allow the provision of further counseling services. It is the policy of Dr. Olushola Bakare, LMFT, that our professional relationship will be terminated after a one-month consistent lapse of meeting with a client. Dr. Olushola Bakare, LMFT, will attempt to notify you of this change in status as soon as possible after one month. My ethical duty is to identify, be available, and care for current clients. It could feel awkward for our relationship to end, yet it is not meant to be discourteous in any way.

Hi, my name is Morgan. Do you ever feel that your life is nothing but a big puzzle and that some pieces are missing? You are not quite sure how to find those pieces. And if you do, you don't know where they fit. So you look for someone to help you find the pieces and hopefully, put them where they should go. It's not always an easy task, but once completed, you feel whole. I was there once. As an only child in a 2 parent home, I never felt that I could fit in. In fact, I once asked my mother if I had been adopted. Why did I feel this way? My parents were meat and potatoes; I welcomed food from all over the world. They were conservative, I was more liberal; they hated NYC, I loved the city and decided to live there for many years. They never went to a NY play or opera, and I loved plays and operas. Get the picture? The differences were astonishing. At the age of 21, I decided to leave the U.S. and travel abroad by myself for 6 months. My eyes were wide open! I loved to experience different cultures. And my curiosity for differences never went away. I realized that all of us have more in common than we realize if only we gave each culture a chance. After spending much time going to night school, I finally had a mentor who told me about the field of social work. So I got my MSW and thus began a new career. Finding your niche' in society is so refreshing even if it takes you 10 years or more. After years of working in the field and at various occupations, I decided to join DOD and become a Clinical Social Worker for the Navy. After 14 years of government work, I went into private practice. Private practice has been the fuel that keeps me going! It continues to be a humbling experience to be invited into the most personal lives of people; to watch him/her transform into something unique and beautiful. I treat anxiety; depression; ADHD; sexual trauma; grief over the loss of a person or animal; stress management; and life's transitions. After 42 years, I have never lost interest in the common thread that binds us all; respect, compassion, nonjudgment and genuine honesty. I empower people by helping to love him/herself first; to create appropriate boundaries; to say no and mean it and to accept onself with unconditional love.

TaMara brings a wealth of experience in an unconventional way. As a former owner of a home healthcare company, that primarily provided services to the elderly, TaMara found herself assisting families, particularly adult children, who had to make tough healthcare and financial decisions for their parent(s). She helped families establish goals on how best to support their parents in maintaining dignity and independence while simultaneously identifying the next steps in the event of their parents’ passing. While families had to come to terms with the physical, mental, and/or psychological changes seen in their parents, taking on the parental role was quite emotionally challenging for adult children. TaMara supported the entire family in managing these delicate issues.

If you want someone to hold you accountable, being direct and honest and the mirror to help see yourself clearly....then you found the right therapist. I am not the type of therapist to take your time and money, if you don't do the work. Therapy is work and there's "homework," in the time we don't see eachother to self reflect on. If you are ready for change, then let's meet to see if we are a fit!
