You are more than what happened to you. Your thoughts, emotions, and past experiences do not define your worth or your future. Healing is possible—and you deserve a life that feels safe, grounded, and truly your own.
I am a California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) serving individuals across California. I specialize in working with individuals impacted by trauma, with a focus on childhood abuse survivors, sexual assault survivors, and culturally specific trauma. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and paced to help you reconnect with yourself, build emotional clarity, and move forward with greater confidence and stability.
My name means “Light,” and my goal is to help you rediscover yours. As a BIPOC therapist, I bring a culturally sensitive, holistic approach to healing. Together, we’ll shed light on your challenges and explore compassionate, practical solutions to help you move forward.
My work is rooted in the transformative power of mindfulness, spirituality, and self-awareness. I integrate psychoanalysis, faith-based counseling, and holistic healing to create a space where you can reconnect with your authentic self and cultivate resilience.
I specialize in supporting adults facing anxiety, trauma, depression, and men’s issues. My approach blends psychotherapy with spiritual exploration and self-discovery — helping you realign with your purpose and inner peace.
I believe every person holds untapped potential and innate wisdom. My role is to hold a nonjudgmental space where you can feel seen, supported, and understood. Through our work together, we’ll turn over the stones of your experience to reveal clarity, healing, and a renewed sense of direction.
I’ve personally walked through profound loss and transformation — including a near-death experience and the passing of my beloved mother to cancer. These experiences deepened my faith in the human spirit and in our collective ability to heal and shine again.
Wherever you are on your journey, I’m here to help you grow and remember who you truly are — a light meant to shine.

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California, a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado, and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Washington with certification specializing in Women's Mental Health (WMHS-C).
I know finding a therapist in todays society can be difficult but you've made it this far, and so it's a pleasure to meet you!
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist who provides individual therapy using an eclectic framework. I know that therapy can be intimidating, especially when first seeking services. This process places you front and center in your own journey to healing and I am privileged to be able to walk alongside you as you take that step. I use various tools to assist you in reaching goals and help identify what works for you.
My career has enabled me to work with a variety of populations in the mental health field. My work is rewarding and feels more like a calling than a job. My goal is to provide my clients support and provide a safe space for them to express themselves. I listen and I care. Together we collaborate to create an individualized treatment plan to address your specific concerns. I make myself available, I’m flexible, and I am invested in your growth.
Hello, I'm Amber Potter, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of experience. I work with people who are open to growth and curious about the patterns shaping their relationships and experiences. I’m especially drawn to clients who are learning to accept themselves more fully, including the parts that feel imperfect or stuck. Together, we will work toward greater understanding, resilience, and meaningful change.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over ten years of experience, I specialize in trauma-informed care, CBT, and DBT to support individuals and couples. I am committed to fostering growth and resilience through a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). My dynamic, collaborative approach creates a supportive environment tailored to each client's needs, empowering them to achieve lasting change and reach their full potential.
If you're dealing with depression or anxiety, or situations in your life that you're not happy with, first of all, you're not alone. Lots of people are dealing with hard times now, and it's affecting how lots of us feel, work, and engage with our relationships.
But you should know that most problems can be dealt with effectively -- sometimes all we need is a little help.
I'm good at providing that kind of help.
I usually work with clients on core issues, foundations of well-being, like self esteem, codependency, self assertion, and also, how do they do with relationships? What's going on with work? Are there family issues? Is there solid self esteem there?
Most of my clients come in feeling very uncertain about what their next steps are, and most often, they tell me that feelings of sadness, or worry, are definitely in their way.
I've been helping people heal and grow for over 20 years, and what I hear back from clients is that I'm honest, smart, kind, and that I don't waste their time. The work we do together is not just about soothing and comforting, but also, and more directly about problem solving: if you're unhappy, what do you need in order for that to change? And what are all your needs, anyway? Are you even sure of how you need your life to be?
I'd like to help you find the answers to those questions.
And if you're in a relationship, getting over one, or hoping to find a new one, I do a lot of work with people who are dealing with that, too.
I hope I can help you feel better, and get your needs met in life. Because there's nothing that matters more.

If you’re someone who carries a lot, who shows up for work, family, partnerships, motherhood, and community with strength and competence…but yet struggles with anxiety, self-doubt, boundary guilt, people-pleasing, overthinking, or a quiet sense of disconnection from yourself, please know that you are not alone.
Many women appear composed while internally feeling exhausted or unseen. Often, the ways you cope in your roles (e.g. over-functioning, staying hyper-independent, avoiding conflict, or constantly striving) were shaped by childhood or traumatic experiences that once helped you survive.
Since 2007, I’ve worked with women who want to understand how early attachment wounds and trauma histories continue to shape their current relationships, work, motherhood, and sense of self-worth. Therapy becomes a place to make sense of your patterns, and gently shift what no longer serves you.
I work primarily with women, particularly women of color (BIPOC), and my approach is integrative, grounded in advanced training in:
• EMDR
• Internal Family Systems
• Brainspotting (beginning March 2026)
• Sensorimotor & Body-Oriented Psychotherapy
• Havening Techniques
• Yoga Therapy
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
• Mindfulness-Based CBT
This allows our work to include trauma processing, nervous system regulation, practical tools, relational exploration, and deeper meaning-making which including spirituality through a grounded, non-religious lens.
The goal is integration: helping you feel more aligned, steady, and connected to yourself over time.
If this resonates, I invite you to continue exploring my profile to learn more about my approach. You’re also welcome to visit my professional Instagram account (@Rosashetty) to get a sense of my values and personality.
You don’t have to carry this alone. I’m a California-licensed therapist who supports adolescents, young adults, women, and people from diverse cultural backgrounds through stress, relationship dynamics, family conflicts, and trauma recovery. Whether you’re juggling academic pressure, caregiving, career pivots, or the weight of old wounds, I offer a steady, nonjudgmental presence. My style is warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive—I honor the identities, histories, and values that shape who you are, and I approach our work with curiosity, humility, and respect.
My goal is to increase self compassion and compassion for others as individual women age 18 and up navigate their personal, academic and professional lives.
I am taking individual female clients over the age of 18, for virtual sessions throughout the state of California.
I enjoy spending quality time with friends and family, comedy, theatre, filmmaking, creative writing, improvisation, nature, traveling, film and television, documentaries, dancing and making art of all kinds.
I graduated from the High School for Performing and Visual Arts in Houston, Texas. In college, I studied theatre, documentary film and creative writing. I have a BA from Columbia College Chicago. While in Chicago, I was on the faculty at the Second City Training Center where I directed and co-wrote original sketch comedy revues and taught acting and improvisation to children, teens and adults. I received my master's in clinical psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles. I am currently based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Welcome! I'm Patricia Soto, a compassionate Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist committed to guiding individuals towards mental well-being and empowerment though all seasons in life. Hi, I’m Shahnoor, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering decolonized, deeply insightful, trauma informed therapy for people who are ready to understand themselves more deeply, create meaningful change, and break out of a survival pattern.
My work goes beyond simply managing symptoms. Together, we explore the patterns, protective responses, inner child wounds, relationship dynamics, and inherited beliefs that may be shaping your life beneath the surface. Through deep insight, compassionate shadow work, and honest self exploration, we make space for the parts of you that have been silenced, abandoned, or forced to survive.
My approach is collaborative, culturally responsive, and grounded in the understanding that healing does not happen in isolation from identity, family, culture, power, or lived experience. Therapy with me is a space to untangle what belongs to you from what was imposed upon you, reconnect with your authentic self, and move through old wounds with greater clarity, self trust, and intention.
Therapy with me is not about fixing you. You are not broken. It is about meeting yourself more fully, understanding the wisdom beneath your defenses, and transforming the wounds and patterns that keep you disconnected from your power. Together, we can uncover the roots, honor the ways you learned to survive, and build a life that feels more aligned, liberated, and fully your own.
Reaching out for help can be a very vulnerable experience, but also a great attribute of strength and resilience. I work with individuals who have experienced trauma in their life. Whether it's from childhood neglect, sexual assault, natural disaster, sudden death or other life circumstances. Trauma often creates patterns and loops that extend into many areas of a person's life, and can be challenging and painful to navigate. Sometimes the way people survive their trauma brings them more pain, adds to the chaos, and reinforces negative beliefs that perpetuate the cycle. I work to empower clients to understand and alter unhealthy cycles to strengthen and better their lives.
I am fluent in ASL American Sign Language and have worked with Deaf clients leaving domestic violence in both a shelter and outpatient therapy services. I have spent 2 years in correctional settings working with severely mentally ill patients and supporting their family members navigating having children with mental illness. I have also spent 2 years working with foster youth and foster parents in providing support to their placements, promoting healing and preserving relationships.
Note that online scheduling is limited. Broader scheduling options will be available to regularly scheduling clients. Please also note that I do not provide opinions about disability or fitness to return to work or other activities for clients who are not well-established at the time that the request for such opinion is made.
Hi and thank you for your time to read about my background.

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially when you’ve been carrying a lot on your own for a long time. I believe therapy works best when you don’t have to pretend you’re okay or have everything figured out. Together, we create a space where you can show up honestly, make sense of your experiences, and explore meaningful change at a pace that feels grounded and supportive. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to your individual needs rather than a one-size-fits-all process.
I specialize in helping expectant and new parents adapt and thrive in their new roles. The transition into parenthood is one of the most profound life changes, and it can come with emotional and psychological challenges. I believe that asking for help is a strength, not a weakness. Whether you're dealing with overwhelming emotions, struggling to adjust to postpartum life, you don’t have to face it alone. I am here for you. Therapy is different for every person and I work to tailor my treatment specifically to your needs and personality in order to help you in the best possible way.

Mr. Briceño is a therapist who values depth, presence, and intentionality in his work. He was drawn to this field through a desire to better understand himself and support his immediate family through difficult experiences, and that curiosity continues to guide how he practices today.
His professional journey has included working with individuals across the lifespan and life circumstances from ages 4-106. This has shaped his respect for resilience and the complexity of human experience. Those experiences reinforced his belief that therapy is most effective when it is grounded in empathy, reflection, and genuine human connection.
He approaches this work thoughtfully and with care. Is intentional about how he shows up with clients, prioritizing presence and understanding over labels or quick solutions. He values honest conversation, self-awareness, and creating spaces for people to explore their experiences in a way that feels grounded and respectful.
At his core, therapy is about understanding—understanding ourselves, our patterns, and what matters most to us. Supporting that process, and witnessing growth that comes from clarity and insight, is what continues to motivate him in this work.

Starting therapy can feel empowering, confusing, or even intimidating—and it’s worth taking a moment to recognize the courage it takes to take this first step toward caring for your mental health. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment where you can explore challenges related to anxiety, depression, self-care, and more. My goal is to help you strengthen communication and boundaries with yourself and others so that you can improve your quality of life and move toward the future you envision. Therapy is not just about overcoming obstacles—it’s also about personal growth. Together, we’ll clarify your goals and identify strategies to help you move toward them, whether that means change over the next month, six months, or a year. You’ll leave our sessions with practical insights and “next steps” you can put into action right away. I believe life’s purpose isn’t simply to be happy, but to find meaning—and within that meaning, joy emerges. While the journey isn’t always easy, it can be transformative. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Addictions Professional, Internationally Certified Drug Counselor, and Behavior Analyst. I take a strength-based approach, helping you use your unique abilities to address challenges. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to empower you in creating lasting change. Most importantly, I bring a relaxed, compassionate, and trustworthy presence, fostering a therapeutic relationship where you feel safe and supported.
