Hello,
My name is Elizabeth, and my pronouns are they/them/elle. I am a bicultural nonbinary therapist. I have the most experience working with neurodivergent clients, anxiety disorders, self-confidence issues, and challenges around gender and sexuality.
I use a very humanistic approach in my practice, and I am human with you in the room. You do not need to feel talked down to or be told what to do in therapy. You and I can work together instead, as I may be the expert in psychology, but you are the expert of your own life. You will be encouraged to use your own strengths to push through the hurdles and you can expect warmth from me throughout this process.

You don’t have to struggle alone!
I believe therapy should feel like a safe, supportive place to slow down, feel understood, and begin making sense of what you are carrying. Using Internal Family Systems (IFS), I help clients gently explore the parts of themselves that may feel overwhelmed, stuck, protective, or hurt. My hope is that through our work together, clients feel less alone, more self-compassionate, and more able to move through life with greater clarity and ease.
In our hectic world we often find ourselves afraid to take risks that could jeopardize the stable lives we have created for ourselves. We remain in jobs, relationships and old patterns that no longer work, while symptoms such as anxiety, depression, stress, anger and self-defeating patterns keep us from making real changes to our lives.
If that sounds like you, you are stuck. We can feel lost and alone when we are unable to move forward, whether in work or a personal relationship. Therapy can help you break free of that and thrive.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a focus on teens, adults, and couples. I have worked with clients on concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family reunification.
I received my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. I also minored in sociology.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been in practice in the Inland Empire area since 2014. I believe real change is a gradual evolution (hence my practice name Gentle Evolutions), and there are often many stops along the way. I bring a lot of warmth and genuine curiosity to that process, while also keeping sessions rooted in your therapy goals. I acknowledge the vulnerability that comes with sharing your story and identity with others and aim to create a space where you feel able to share 100% of what is coming to your mind. I provide stability for clients through the difficult times and ensure that we also celebrate the small successes in the therapeutic space.

Hello and welcome to my page :) My name is Bahar Amini. I am a first-generation Afghan-American woman with a background in Psychology and Social Work. After experiencing my own mental health struggles during my early college years, I decided to change my major to Psychology in hopes to better understand what was happening. I graduated from California State University, Fullerton with my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2017. Eventually, after some more trial and error, I made my way to obtaining my Master's degree in Social Work at California State University, Dominguez Hills in 2020. I am grateful for my own lived experiences, what I have learned from teachers inside of the classroom, outside of the classroom, and from afar which have influenced what my practice is today. Lastly, I am grateful to my clients. I have learned and continue to learn so much from them.
Hi, I'm Karen Lopez, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), artist, and lifelong student of human behavior. I believe healing begins in a space where you feel safe enough to be fully yourself—without judgment, pressure, or the need to have everything figured out.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I integrate evidence-based therapies with mindfulness, creativity, somatic awareness, and practical tools to help clients better understand themselves, navigate life's challenges, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My own life has been shaped by profound loss, family trauma, major life transitions, and the experience of rebuilding my identity through seasons of uncertainty. Those experiences don't define my work, but they have deepened my empathy and strengthened my belief in each person's capacity for growth. I don't see people as broken—I see people who have learned to survive, and together we can explore new ways of living that feel more authentic, connected, and fulfilling.

Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Registered (LCSW-R) ,Credentialed Addiction and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Certified (EMDR-C), Dialectical Behavior Therapy Certified (C-DBT), as well as a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist licensed in New York, and California. Many of the struggles we experience as adults, whether in our relationships, our confidence, or our sense of purpose, begin with beliefs we formed long ago about ourselves and the world. While those beliefs may have helped us navigate earlier seasons of life, they can quietly keep us confused, disconnected, and living as someone we’ve learned to be rather than who we truly are.
I believe therapy is an opportunity to gently uncover those patterns, heal the wounds beneath them, and reconnect with your authentic self. Whether you’re navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, anxiety, grief, or simply feeling that something no longer fits, our work together is focused on creating meaningful, lasting change, not just managing symptoms.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with adults and couples who are ready to better understand themselves and create healthier, more fulfilling relationships. Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in California and I have been offering Psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and groups for the past 6 years.

Hello! My name is May, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UCLA and my Master’s degree from California State University, Long Beach.
I work with individuals navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, identity exploration, grief and loss, trauma, stress, and life transitions. Through our work together, clients often share that they gain greater self-awareness, develop stronger coping skills, and feel more confident in managing their emotions. Therapy can support meaningful shifts in perspective, build resilience, and empower you to move through life’s challenges with greater clarity, balance, and self-compassion.
Parenting can be tough. You wonder if your child will ever grow out of their excessive worries, meltdowns, or tantrums, and you become exhausted and feel guilty for being frustrated with them. The nightly battles with homework and reports from school are wearing you down. The power struggle with your spirited toddler or your strong-willed adolescent may leave you overwhelmed and wondering what you can do differently. Communicating and feeling unified with your partner or caregiver may be difficult or your styles may be different, creating a state of uncertainty or chaos in the home.
It is okay to feel overwhelmed. It is also okay to strive for more. You know the potential your child has, and living in a world where you can better help them navigate their development is possible. My goal is to empower you and your child by finding effective parenting strategies and coping skills that work for your family, allowing your child to thrive.
I work with children, families, parents, and caregivers to ease the tension that emotions, outbursts, tantrums, and anxiety can bring children and their families. Parents are welcome for parent support as well as for individual therapy to improve their emotional response when triggered by parenting issues. Children are welcome between the ages of 2 and 7 years for Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). Let's begin working towards a more peaceful and intentional parenting experience. I welcome all families from all walks of life.
I find immense reward in guiding my clients through their healing journeys. I believe in the power of personal growth, a conviction grounded in my own journey of self-discovery, loss, grief, and the challenges of supporting loved ones through illness. These experiences have not only shaped me but also deepened my understanding of the human experience. I view moments of pain as opportunities for profound growth. My commitment to ongoing personal growth fuels the empathy and insight I bring to my clients.
Do you feel like you have the insight but don’t quite know what to do with it- how to process it or heal? You are not alone. I help individuals and couples move beyond the surface to work through what is keeping them stuck. I use IFS, EMDR and other modalities to connect you to your wounds, unprocessed memories, and blocks. Together, we set to discover the parts of you that hold pain and unlock your full potential by exploring what is holding you back.
Couples:
If it feels like you’re speaking different languages or having the same argument over and over, you may be stuck in a negative cycle that’s hard to see from the inside. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), rooted in attachment theory, to help partners reconnect, communicate vulnerably, and rebuild.
Oftentimes, what stands in our way is fear because we have a deeply rooted need to feel safe. I understand. It’s much easier to stay in something comfortable than to risk the unknown; our minds and bodies are wired that way. My hope is to reflect your strength and worth, and to provide a safe, trusting space where you can feel seen, heard, and valued.
Hello and thank you for being here! It takes a lot of courage to begin the process of seeking therapy services—especially if asking for help is not something you are used to. As your therapist, I strive to create a safe space where you feel empowered and supported as you embark on your healing journey.
My passion for mental health and wellness was shaped by my life experience of growing up in a culture that often minimized the importance of mental health. This has motivated me to work towards challenging that narrative because I believe that taking care of your mental health is invaluable. Therapy is a place where you can process unexpected life events as well as a place where you can learn more about yourself, your triggers, and where they come from. It is a space where you can talk about your daily struggles as well as deeper issues that may be affecting how you relate and communicate with the people around you.
My approach to therapy is person-centered and humanistic at its core. This means that I show up with genuine empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental stance. I use psychodynamic techniques to help you explore early life experiences that could be affecting your relationships or family dynamics. I also enjoy teaching clients cognitive-behavioral techniques and mindfulness practices.
I am an integrative therapist who specializes in working with adults and couples, focusing on empathy, connection, and communication to help restore bids for connection. I provide client-centered care to those navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, crises, and other hardships. My approach emphasizes strong therapeutic relationships, creative problem-solving, and compassionate support to help clients clarify their goals, work through challenges, and create meaningful change.

Hey! My name Alyssa.
Is it just me, or does searching for a therapist online feel a little like online dating? You scroll through profiles, a picture catches your eye, you read all the “best parts,” and wonder: Will we be a match? It’s vulnerable, overwhelming, and full of uncertainty. And yet—finding the right person can make all the difference.
I’m a licensed therapist in California with 10 years of experience, as well as a certified yoga and barre instructor. My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), somatic and polyvagal-informed practices, and mindfulness. I believe you are capable of healing, growth, and creating a life that feels aligned. My role is to guide and support you along the way.
I help people who are navigating challenges such as:
Anxiety: When worry feels constant and your body is on edge, I help you calm racing thoughts, regulate your nervous system, and build coping skills so you feel steady.
Life Transitions: When big changes leave you uncertain, I help you reframe anxious thinking, strengthen resilience, and trust yourself as you step forward.
Grief: When loss feels unbearable, I provide space to honor your emotions, gently challenge painful thought patterns, and help you find moments of relief without rushing the process.
Parenting Challenges: When guilt and stress feel heavy, I help you regulate your nervous system, shift expectations, and respond with patience and connection.
Trauma & PTSD: When memories or beliefs keep you stuck, I use trauma-informed, somatic, and CBT approaches to restore safety and self-trust.
Self-Esteem: When self-criticism overshadows your worth, I help you quiet the inner critic and build a more compassionate, confident relationship with yourself.
Together, we’ll work toward relief, resilience, and a grounded connection to yourself and the people you love.

Hello! I am looking forward to meeting with you! I am a provider who utilizes solution-focused, mindfulness and specialized practices to help others address challenges and create a more balanced life. I am drawn to both rational and holistic practices, but it really starts with your goals and preferences.
At 19-years old, I was involved in a traumatic motor vehicle accident and spent several years recovering- both physically and emotionally. This experience has led me toward the field of counseling and wanting to work directly with people needing support and guidance.
I completed my undergraduate degree at University of California, San Diego with specialization in Clinical Psychology. After graduation, I volunteered for an equine therapy program and provided therapy services for children with Autism. After several years, I decided to pursue a Masters in Social Work at California State University San Marcos. I have worked in medical, psychiatric, educational and research settings and have found it valuable to provide services to different types of communities.
I am glad that you have considered reaching out for therapy- it's a big step. I hope to be a part of your journey.
Welcome! My name is Sheri and I’m glad you’re here. Starting therapy can be a big step, filling you with a sense of hope, nervousness, or something in between. Taking this journey to help yourself feel better in your own skin, or to function better in relationships, is a huge act of self-care. Sometimes our old wounds, that have yet to heal, play an unsuspecting role in our lives today. Other times, we might feel stuck or get anxiety at the thought of certain changes – even those we want to make. I really enjoy working with clients to help them better understand themselves, feel better individually and in relationship and move towards the version of themselves they want to be. You being here means that you’re taking steps in this direction. My door is open when you’re ready to begin.
Feel free to schedule a 15 minute phone consultation with me to see if we are a good fit.

I started helping those who are seeking to up-level their experiences and shine as their true and authentic selves in 2019. My journey first started in residential treatment facilities where I held space for those in early recovery from substance use disorders. This population ranged from men's only, women's only and LGBTQ+ Many of these individuals also struggled with anxiety, depression, trauma and eating disorders. I have also had the opportunity to work with adolescents at risk of sex trafficking. This work is extremely rewarding as the clients are at an age where they are most influential and willing.
I am a deeply spiritual person and practice in the study of yoga and meditation and participate in somatic healings such as Kundalini Light Intergration (KALI) and breathworks. I am also a level two Reiki practitioner (training to become a master) and a certified personal trainer. When I am not holding space for healing, I enjoy being in the outdoors, surfing, climbing, reading and cooking nutritious and fun to eat meals. I hope to continue the journey of providing a safe space for individuals where healing can occur for years to come.
I offer sessions both early in the morning (5am - 7am) and later in the evening (6pm - 9pm) to accommodate those who work nine to five or those who just prefer early morning or evening therapy sessions.

Hi! I'm Leah, a therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, strengthen their relationships, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves. I believe therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, compassion, and curiosity, where clients can feel safe exploring their experiences without judgment.
I have experience working in a variety of settings, including residential treatment, providing support for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and difficulties with emotional regulation. My approach is warm, individualized, and informed by evidence-based practices while recognizing that each person’s journey is unique.
I strive to create a supportive environment where clients feel heard, validated, and empowered to make meaningful changes. Together, we can explore patterns, build on your strengths, and work toward greater self-awareness, healing, and personal growth.
I've been a therapist for about eight years with a keen eye for helping others find deeper meaning through their hardships, a calming presence capable of modeling self-regulation, and a reliable ear for those that need to unload their perceived stress across different life chapters. I also offer a modern, diverse openness for cultural understanding as I am a male Latino fluent in Spanish, have Asian ethnicity, and am first-generation American. I can also empathize with perceived struggles as I grew up with low SES, was greatly affected by a custody battle into my teenage years, and became the primary healthcare agent for my father-figure until his passing from cancer during my early twenties. In more recent years, I learned the differences in transitioning from the role of a stepfather to becoming a father of a newborn. Understanding one's own pain from their story is key to learning the balancing act of validating and/or differentiating how to help others process their felt pain. I offer my therapeutic services as your existential teammate who will metaphorically walk by your side along your therapeutic journey.

I believe that while our past experiences—especially childhood and attachment history—shape how we view the world, they don’t have to dictate our future. In our sessions, we will work as a team to set clear, meaningful goals, combining gentle exploration.

Do you find yourself repeating family patterns that don’t serve you? This can be due to childhood trauma. Childhood trauma can leave you with the sense that there's something wrong with you; that you are defective/different/unlovable. These feelings are likely projections that you received from your caregivers. If this resonates with you and you want to change those patterns, then I will support you to explore the connection between your past experiences–often from childhood–and your current mindset. I work with Women’s Mental Health Concerns such as menopause, Grief, Anxiety, Depression, and job stress.
Hi, I’m Natalie! I’m a Northern California-based Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works individually with adults. I believes therapy is most effective when it feels like a genuine, supportive relationship. Real progress happens when you feel comfortable, understood, and connected—and that’s always where I begin. My clinical background includes school-based mental health, hospice, community-mental health and private practice, which allows me to meet a wide range of experiences.
My style is warm, relaxed, and non-judgmental. I focus on building authentic connections and letting you take the lead at a pace that feels right. At the same time, I’m not afraid to ask thoughtful questions, offer supportive challenges, and use humor to lighten the process when it fits. I view you as the expert of your own life, and my role is to help you recognize and build on your strengths. While I prefer an unstructured, conversational approach, I also draw on evidence-based practices for skill-building and support when helpful. Together, we’ll work to identify tools and strategies that support your well-being and help you feel more confident navigating life’s challenges.
With over 15 years of experience in the field of psychology and mental health, my journey has led me through diverse and challenging settings, ultimately shaping me into the therapist I am today. My career began in inpatient treatment facilities, where I gained invaluable insights into the complex interplay of substance abuse and mental health disorders. Witnessing the resilience and strength of those facing such challenges inspired me to delve deeper into the realm of psychology and trauma therapy.
I am passionate about helping people deal with life challenges that cause them distress. My first goal is to help you identify what the problems are, how they impact relationships in your life, and what goals you want to work on to bring understanding, calm, peace, and joy back into your life. You are the expert in your life, and working together with me, I will challenge your thinking patterns to help you see alternative outcomes that align with the goals you are working toward.
I help my clients realize their personal goals through a trauma-informed and empathic approach. My expertise is working with people who have experienced a traumatic event and/or are experiencing mental health struggles/issues, helping them uncover obstacles that hinder their ability to reach their fullest potential. My lived experience brought me to help others as I would have loved to be helped: someone to tell me I’m not alone. Life is hard, and traumas become unbearable without someone in your corner to help process what you have been through.

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with extensive experience working with children, adolescents, individuals, couples, and families. I specialize in treating a range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, family conflict, self-esteem issues, and life transitions.
My approach is integrative and client-centered. I draw on evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Positive Psychotherapy to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs. I use CBT to help clients identify and transform negative thought patterns that contribute to emotional distress. Through DBT, I support clients in developing emotion regulation skills and the capacity to balance acceptance with meaningful change. With Positive Psychotherapy and a strength-based lens, I empower individuals to recognize their inner resources, enhance coping skills, and explore new possibilities.
I believe in creating a warm, safe, and collaborative therapeutic environment where you can explore new ways of thinking, overcome challenges, and move toward your goals—one step at a time. Let’s work together to create meaningful, lasting change for a better tomorrow.
