As a Licensed Professional Counselor - Supervisor with a Master’s in Counseling Psychology, I am devoted to helping individuals and families find clarity amid confusion. The first session is where the journey begins. It's common for this to be the most difficult one because we ask a lot of questions to create an image of your life. During this time, we also start to paint a picture of your future desires from yourself.
I advocate for using Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Seeking Safety, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Applied Behavioral Analysis, and Positive psychology.
My biggest strengths are creativity, curiosity, humor, and fairness. I love learning about people and creating options or game plans to help individuals move toward happiness.
I will work with anyone, but I specialize in adults with mental health issues and people going through a difficult transition.
