I am based in Florida and received my Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University. I help adults of all ages struggling with many different issues become the best versions of themselves.

First session
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, review limits of confidentiality, review your history, and dive into more specific areas of concern or growth. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
