During your first visit, I'll gather your personal and medical history, talk about your current concerns, and create a tailored treatment plan.
Medication management along with some psychotherapy. Our company strides to provide the best service available to our patients. Patients are first scheduled for an Intake with a nurse practioner . Intake is about 60 minutes at which time, he/she collects information about the patient's history.(family, medical, mental health, etc.) After the intakes place the patient is then set up for a second appointment for the Psychiatric Evaluation with the provider. The two appointments are not done on the same day.
