I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. I utilize a client-centered approach to create a supportive, nonjudgmental, and individualized experience from the initial intake until discharge. Providing a collaborative effort between the me and You as a Client . Clients are able to identify goals and potential solutions to problems which cause emotional distress, seek to improve communication and coping skills, strengthen self-esteem, and promote behavior change and optimal mental health. Exploring The human complexities and addressing experiences that have impacted our view of self. It is often taken for granted and underestimated. In our profession, it is a privilege to assist with such complexities; a privilege to witness the moment when despair transforms into hope and futility no longer exists. Humans are vast and exploration is limitless.

In this process client my main goal will be every time that you as a Client can feel understood and Safe enough to be able to explore goals and situations that client will like to in a non judgmental environment , built skills to learn to decrease discomfort and be able to be present enough to explore and process there experiences and be able to establish goals congruent to who they want to be and there life goals
The treatment methods and tools I utilize
Mainly I am client center and the first method I use is a Client center approach, active listening and in addition I will use eclectic tools in the effort to find what works for each client. I am EMDR certified and I have trained and utilize DBT, CBT, TF-CBT, CPT, MI and love to continue to learn new ways to assist client
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I believe that client are the expert in there life and they get to decide what work and what does not. I work mostly with anxiety disorder, PTSD, Complex PTSD, DID and Mood disorders will be consider my niche but I am not limited to those
