I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and major life transitions. I work with adults who feel overwhelmed, stretched thin, or unsure of what comes next. My role is to offer a calm, supportive space where you can better understand yourself, build practical skills, and move toward a life aligned with your values and meaningful to you.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and see if working together feels like a good fit. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy and what you're hoping to get out of it. I'll ask questions to better understand your experiences. We'll also review logistics like confidentiality and therapy structure. My goal is to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in the belief that therapy should feel approachable and relevant to everyday life. I strive to provide a space where clients feel respected, understood, and supported in making meaningful changes.

My treatment methods

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

I use ACT to help clients identify what they value and create change to move in the direction of what is most important to them. We work on identifying thought patterns and feelings where client might be getting stuck. ACT guides clients to become more open and psychologically adaptable to life's challenges.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Mindfulness-based therapy offers practical skills helping clients increase awareness of the present moment and seeing it without judgement.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

In CBT, we explore the connections between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, empowering clients to make positive change.
